Новый термин МСО, введенный вместо термина «стоимость при слиянии». Означает дополнительный элемент стоимости, возникающий при слиянии двух или большего числа долей собственности, когда общая стоимость оказывается больше, чем сумма первоначальных долей. (Например, стоимость двух участков земли, соединенных в один, как правило, больше суммарной стоимости двух меньших участков в отдельности; так и с продажей компаний). Учитывется также более глубокий Синергический эффект слияния.
